FLOWCHART of CONTRIBUTIONS to GENERAL CHENNAULT's CAVE

Your contributions are for the renovation of the Command Cave, including the establishment of a museum within the Cave.  The Chinese Government is funding the construction of the larger Flying Tiger Heritage Park.  Inside the Park is the Command Cave.  The Cave is the heart of this project.

Lingui County is the overall Project Manager for the Flying Tiger Heritage Park Project (see Exhibit E and F).  Our contribution will be sent to CICEF, a department of CICEC (See Exhibit I).  CICEF will forward the contributions to Lingui County.

In addition to cash, they are also seeking valuable and cultural relics such as aircraft; vehicles, firearms, uniforms, etc. (see Exhibit E).  As is customary with museums, current plans include identifying the contributors of major artifacts that are displayed.  Working directly with Lingui County, we have input in the design of the cave as well as portions of the overall park.

We are recognized by the Chinese Consulate General of the People's Republic of China, headquartered in San Francisco, CA., USA (See Exhibit G).

The flow chart below illustrates FTHO's role (left side in red) and the overall Flying Tiger Heritage Park development (right side in gray).  The development plans for the overall park are still evolving, so the estimated $3 million USD will change (see Exhibit B).
